We recommend booking at least a week out, and we do our best to fit same-week shoots — coordinating sellers, tenants, and stagers complicates calendars, and we understand that. Booking happens through our portal — pick the date, the package, the address, and any special instructions (gate codes, lockbox info, pets, tenant occupancy).
