We pulled the data on every home we shot in the last six months, cross-checked it against public records, and wrote down what we found. The numbers below are what the audit returned.
Read this before quoting any of it.
The 51-day median counts only homes that have already closed. It skews toward faster sellers. The honest way to say it: "of the homes we shot that have closed, the median was 51 days." Not "every home we shoot sells in 51 days." Media is one factor in a sale. Price, location, agent, and the market move days-on-market far more.
