Which tier fits the listing?
Choose Showcase when strong stills, aerial context, an interactive tour, and a floor plan are the main job. It is the practical base for many listings, and the $185 Walkthrough add-on provides a faster video option.
Choose Signature when the agent wants to be part of the marketing. Its Signature Listing Reel is scripted and directed, with vertical and horizontal cuts. The Zillow 3D tour is not included here, so add it for $75 when the layout or buyer profile calls for it.
Choose Premier when the home has a real narrative: architecture, lakefront, history, or a lifestyle that deserves more than a quick reel. It includes the Showcase base, the Signature Storytelling film, and the Cinema Series three-pack.
Two useful add-on decisions
A Zillow 3D tour helps when out-of-area buyers or a complex layout need a clearer walkthrough. It is included with Showcase and Premier, $75 with Signature, and $150 standalone.
