Showcase vs Signature vs Premier: What Each ASM Package Actually Includes

A straight comparison of Aerial Shots Media's three listing packages: what is in each one, what it costs, and which fits your listing. No surprise add-on bills.

Listing craft beat

Agents call us after a competitor's quote came in low, then grew by a few hundred dollars once drone and floor plans got added back. Our three listing packages bundle the deliverables most Central Florida listings need into one published price, so the number you see is the number you pay.

The short answer

All three packages include professional MLS photography, drone stills, a 2D floor plan, and a branded listing website. They differ in video and 3D: SHOWCASE carries the 3D tour, SIGNATURE swaps it for a cinematic reel, and PREMIER carries both plus twilight and a teaser video. Prices below are the starting rate for homes under 2,000 square feet and scale up with size.

Virtual staging is not bundled into any package. It runs $15 to $30 per photo as an add-on at any tier. Photography and drone deliver next business day by 5 PM. The reel and teaser video run three to five business days.

SHOWCASE ($375): the MLS launch foundation

The short answer

SHOWCASE is for agents who need a complete, competitive MLS listing without video. It includes professional photography, drone stills, a 2D floor plan, a 3D tour, and a branded listing website. It is the most common first booking and the cleanest way to test the working relationship on one listing.

It fits entry and mid-price listings where strong stills and a 3D tour do the work, and agents taking a first listing with us before committing to higher tiers. What it does not include is video: no cinematic reel, no twilight, no teaser. If the listing needs a video for social, step up to SIGNATURE rather than buying the reel by itself, since the standalone ASM Signature Reel is $500.

SIGNATURE ($650): photography plus a cinematic reel

The short answer

SIGNATURE keeps everything visual in SHOWCASE except the 3D tour, and adds a scripted, directed ASM Signature Reel with vertical and horizontal cuts. The 3D tour becomes a $75 add-on. It is the sweet spot for agents who post listing video on Instagram and Facebook.

This is the tier for competitive $500k to $1.2M inventory and for agents who treat social as a primary channel. The same reel exports for Reels, Facebook, and a YouTube Short without re-editing. If a specific listing also needs the 3D tour, add it for $75 rather than jumping tiers, and reserve PREMIER for the listings that need twilight and a teaser too.

PREMIER ($1,400): the full production

The short answer

PREMIER includes everything in SIGNATURE, brings the 3D tour back into the bundle, and adds twilight photo and video plus a teaser video. It is built for luxury listings and for vacant homes where the listing has to carry every channel at once.

Reach for PREMIER on $1.2M and up, on homes with strong exteriors that earn a twilight shoot, and when you want the teaser cut for social working alongside the full reel. One note for vacant luxury: virtual staging is still an add-on even here, priced per photo, so a bare interior that needs furnishing adds that on top of the package.

Add-ons and the monthly content program

The short answer

The most-added items are Real Twilight ($150 as an add-on, $249 standalone) and the Zillow 3D Tour ($75 added to SIGNATURE). A 2D floor plan is $35 standalone and virtual staging is $15 to $30 per photo. None of these are bundled into a package by default.

If you only need photography, Photography Only starts at $199 and scales by size, with drone available for $75. Separate from listing packages, the Content Creator Program is a monthly subscription for agents building a social presence. Ignite, Accelerate, and Dominate deliver four to six short videos a month plus 10 to 15 percent off listing media. It is a content plan billed monthly, not a per-listing photography discount, so it sits alongside the packages rather than replacing them.

How to choose

The short answer

Match the package to the listing's price band and what it needs to compete. Photography-forward listings under $500k do well on SHOWCASE. Mid-market listings that live on social want SIGNATURE. Luxury and vacant homes that need twilight, a 3D tour, and staging belong on PREMIER.

If you are testing us on a first listing, SHOWCASE is the honest place to start. If you post video weekly and need it to look directed rather than filmed on a phone, SIGNATURE earns its price. If the property is the kind where every touchpoint matters, PREMIER removes the add-on math and delivers the whole stack in one shoot.

Book any package at portal.aerialshots.media or call (689) 588-1276. All aerial work is flown under an FAA Part 107 certification. Pick the tier that matches the listing, and the price you see is the price you pay.
