The fine print, in plain language
Rewards are ASM account credit toward future bookings. Credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and never expires. Referral credit is issued when the referred agent's first order is delivered and paid; refunds or cancellations reverse the reward. One referral code per order, first order only. Loyalty credit accrues on the amount paid after any discounts. ASM may adjust or end the program prospectively; earned credit is always honored.
If you are a licensed agent, Florida rules put a disclosure duty on you, not us. Here is a line you can drop in your file: "I participate in Aerial Shots Media's referral program: when an agent I refer completes their first booking, ASM credits my account $75 toward my own future media orders."
