We deliver through a branded media portal where the agent can grab MLS-sized photos, full-resolution images, social verticals, and floor plans in one place. If you shoot Friday afternoon with us, the photos are in your inbox by Monday at the latest. The 6-hour rush applies to photos only, not packages or video.
02What happens if it rains on my shoot day?
If rain is in the forecast, we proactively contact you the morning of the shoot to make the call together: reschedule, shoot interiors only and return for exteriors, or proceed if the rain is light and intermittent. There's no rescheduling fee for weather-related changes initiated by us.
Central Florida summer afternoons are unpredictable, so we generally recommend morning shoot windows from May through October. Light overcast produces excellent exterior photos because it eliminates harsh shadows on the home's facade, so we don't reschedule for cloudy weather, only for rain or storms. Drone flights are grounded in active rain or high winds; the aerials wait for a safe window rather than forcing a bad flight.
03Do you do twilight photos and when are they worth it?
Yes. Virtual twilight is included free with every Aerial Shots Media shoot and package as of July 2026. We convert the best exterior into a dusk image with a glowing sky and lit windows, no sunset appointment required. It is most useful for luxury, pool, lakefront, and landscape-lit properties where the exterior is a major selling point.
Because the twilight conversion is free, every listing can carry a dusk exterior as its hero shot without scheduling around the sun. If a listing genuinely needs an on-site dusk session, say landscape lighting as the centerpiece or a one-of-a-kind water view, ask when you book and we'll quote the custom session.
