SHOWCASE vs SIGNATURE vs PREMIER vs the Content Creator Program. We sell all four. This page tells you which one is right for the listing in front of you, including when the answer is the cheaper one or none of them.

The short version

  • Under $500k starter or quick-flip listing: SHOWCASE at $375. The 3D tour earns its keep on starter homes where layout matters.
  • $500k-$1.2M mid-market listing where you need motion: SIGNATURE at $650. The Signature Reel is the reason SIGNATURE exists.
  • $1.2M+ luxury or any listing you're presenting at full premium: PREMIER at $1,400. Twilight is non-negotiable above $1M.
  • Repeat listing volume, sphere-building, brand pack: Content Creator Program ACCELERATE at $1,900/mo. The cross-listing media + agent-brand layer that listing media alone cannot do.
  • Below $250k or sub-1,500 SF cottage: Photography Only from $199. PREMIER on a $200k listing is throwing dollars at the wrong line item.

SHOWCASE — the MLS launch foundation

$375. MLS Photography (unlimited), 5-10 Drone Stills, 2D Floor Plans, 3D Tour, Custom Listing Website. The 5-service bundle that gets a listing onto Stellar MLS with everything Zillow Showcase eligibility requires.

When SHOWCASE is right. Starter homes under $500k. Quick-flip listings where speed beats production value. Any listing where the agent's marketing budget is tight and the 3D tour pays off on layout. Investors and wholesalers buying media on volume.

When to skip SHOWCASE. Any listing where the agent is presenting full luxury service to the seller, the Signature Reel is a stronger close. Listings above $800k where the absence of a reel reads as cheaping out.

What SHOWCASE doesn't include. No motion video. No twilight. No teaser cut. If any of those matter for your listing, SHOWCASE is not the answer.

SIGNATURE — most popular for a reason

$650. The 5 SHOWCASE services minus the 3D tour, plus the ASM Signature Reel — scripted, directed, cut for the listing's strongest beats. Roughly 60% of the listings ASM delivers on are SIGNATURE.

When SIGNATURE is right. Mid-market listings $500k-$1.2M. Anywhere the listing has a "moment" that motion sells: a lake view, an interior architectural beat, a yard. Agents building their listing-video reel and brand consistently.

When to skip SIGNATURE. Listings where the 3D tour matters more than the reel — usually starter homes with unusual layouts. Listings above $1.2M where twilight is expected (go PREMIER).

The trade-off no one tells you. SIGNATURE drops the 3D tour vs SHOWCASE. If your buyer pool is relocation-heavy or out-of-market, that hurts. Add the 3D tour back on at $149 ($75 add-on rate when bundled).

PREMIER — the full production

$1,400. Everything in SIGNATURE plus twilight photography + twilight video + a teaser cut. 8-service bundle. Starts at $1,400 under 2,000 SF and scales by square footage.

When PREMIER is right. Any listing $1M+. Any listing where twilight is the strongest single image (lake view, gulf view, lakeside Winter Park, Windermere, Isleworth, Dr. Phillips chain-of-lakes). Properties where the seller interview itself expects "the full production."

When to skip PREMIER. Below $800k almost always. PREMIER on a $400k starter reads as a flex that hurts the listing more than it helps.

Content Creator Program — the long game

$1,900/mo (ACCELERATE tier). Monthly listing media + sphere content + brand pack + reels + a quarterly strategy call with Dorothy. Three-to-six month commitment. Seventh month free after six consecutive.

When the CCP is right. Agents and teams shooting 4+ listings a month. Anyone trying to build a sphere-of-influence content brand alongside listing media. Brokerages onboarding new agents who need brand assets fast.

When to skip the CCP. Sub-2-listings-a-month volume. Solo agents who don't actively post to a sphere. New agents who haven't proven the listing-side production rhythm yet.

The honest "don't buy any of these" answer

Photography Only from $199. Drone stills $150 add-on. A small set of editing-only services. Listings under $250k or sub-1,500 SF cottages do not need PREMIER. The right answer is the cheapest production that respects the property.

What we don't offer that you may need

  • Virtual staging. We do not stage. There are vendors who do it well. Ask us for a referral; we have a short list we trust.
  • Floor-plan-only walkthrough video. Not in the catalog. The Signature Reel covers it editorially.
  • Cold-outreach AI-rendered images. We refuse this entirely; the dormers move when we render.
